Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly, information generated by using the app, and limited technical information needed to operate the service.

We do not knowingly collect more than is needed to provide coaching, process payments, and keep the app secure.

When you message an AI coach, your message — along with relevant context such as your stated goals — is sent to our AI processing provider (OpenAI and/or Anthropic, depending on configuration) to generate a response. These providers process the content to return a reply and do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Your conversation history is stored so you can continue where you left off, see your usage, and so we can calculate credit costs accurately. You can permanently clear a coach's conversation history at any time from within the chat screen.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the app, under agreements that limit how they can use it:

Coaching Done Better uses a credit system: you purchase credit packs, and each AI coaching message deducts credits based on response length. Payment card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure interface and never pass through or get stored on our servers. We retain a record of purchases and credit transactions to maintain an accurate balance and for receipts.

We keep your account and coaching data for as long as your account is active, so your history and progress are available to you. If you delete your account, it is deactivated immediately and becomes permanently inaccessible — you will not be able to log in again with it. Underlying records may be retained for a limited period afterward as required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations, then removed.

You can review and update your profile information at any time from the app. You have the right to request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete your account.

To delete your account: open the app, go to your profile menu, and select Delete Account. Confirming this action immediately and permanently deactivates your account. You can also request deletion by emailing app@plentyofcoaches.com from your registered email address.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed password storage, and access controls on our infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Coaching Done Better is intended for business professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy as the app evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
